Where can I post instructions for installing/configuring ALM+Performance Center?

Wrote for internal purposes instructions for installing and initial configuration of ALM and Performance Center (in terms of load testing).
The instruction is simple with pictures for each step, where there is at least some choice.
I'm not sure that such instructions are needed on Habré. In addition, full manuals in Russian appeared on the official website.
On the other hand, I remember how the first time I set it up and set it up, I suffered for a week, figuring out what and how.
Official manuals are under 1000 pages, and I have 70 with pictures (without them, it’s 15 at all).
