Now I don’t have the opportunity to visit the nearest bank branch, so I’m interested in online options. If it is important, the country is Ukraine.
I found out about the PrivatBank account - opening an account and servicing is free, but you need to come to a bank branch to open an account.
Yandex Money - suitable, but you need to identify the account, unfortunately online identification (entry of passport data) is available only for citizens of the Russian Federation.

In PrivatBank, if you have a card, then you already have a current account for it, and you do not need to open an additional one. In addition, I used to apply for Visa Internet without going to the bank, I don’t know if there is such an opportunity now.

Unfortunately, I don't have any cards. Visa Internet registration is possible only if you have at least one physical card.
