How to get exchange rates relative to USD?

Can you please tell me a service with which you can get the current exchange rates against the US dollar? XML or JSON.

Currency pairs are specified comma-separated in the request, the limit is 2000 requests per hour from one IP, the formats are JSON, XML, JSONP

True, there are only 1000 requests per month at the free rate.
