How to get data about organizations through Yandex\Google maps api?

Hello!
I need to get data about all organizations in a city using the Yandex\Google Maps API.
For example, I want to get the coordinates, rating, name etc of all restaurants and cafes in St. Petersburg.
Can you please tell me how to write such a parser? What language to use (I tend to python)? Where can I find API documentation? How can I load the received data in json into the database?
