Where can I host a small NodeJS project for free?

The project uses node.js (express), mongodb, redis (for sessions).
The load will be small (100-1000 regular users).
The project itself is a site on Angular JS, site traffic is 10-500 people per day.
For requests something like 1000 - 10000 requests per day.
All figures are approximate, and the error is greater.
Where can this business be hosted for free (for the longest possible time)?
While on heroku, I'm currently playing with Amazon Free Tier. Maybe there are some of our hosting providers like Selectel that have free (for example, for a year) VPS plans for small projects?
