How to set up PECL for MAMP

Worth MAMP Pro on Mac OS
I want to configure the mongodb driver for PHP
Installed PECL

If you just copy mongo.so to the PHP extensions folder and add extensions to php.ini - everything works

I would like everything to work through PECL.
I installed PECL, added an extension to php.ini and this:
include_path = ".:/usr/lib/php/pear"
And so nothing

Tell me how to configure PECL for MAMP so that MAMP picks up extensions from PECL
