Where can I get the SDK for Mifare?

Welcome all!
I've been looking for half a day and I can't find something where I can get the Mifare SDK in Java? The site mifare.net stubbornly gives only a module for Android in AAR format, but not for Java. I will program on the Intellij IDEA desktop, the Mifare reader is external, connected via USB. How to be? Where to dig? Thanks in advance
