Where can I get the .NET Forge CMS distribution?

Hello.
I inherited a project on this CMS. The project is elementary - api and several tables.
The problem is that the transferred installation appears to be incomplete and impossible to run.
The CMS itself has not been supported since 11 and, accordingly, there is simply nowhere to find a complete distribution kit and install it.
Maybe someone has an archive with software lying around?
