Where can I get the latest SDK for android?

Official links lead to different places:

SDK one: https://github.com/odnoklassniki/ok-android-sdk
Two examples

And if the first link is old, where can I get the .jar file?

SDK, as rightly noted, one
https://github.com/odnoklassniki/ok-android-sdk
There are really two examples. Both are valid, but the one that is separate from the SDK has not been updated for a long time, so all you need is the SDK repository and the example nested in it.
PS: jar file is not needed, connect the SDK to your project as a module from git, for example. If you wish, you can build a jar and put it in your local repository.
