Where can I get the latest "Apple Interface Builder User Guide"?

Now I'm reading the "iOS Human Interface Guidelines", it constantly mentions the "Interface Builder User Guide". But this manual is not on the official website. There is only in Google on various blogs and forums.
Where did this document go from the official site, was it merged with some other document, what happened? Where can I get the current version?

Because Interface Builder is now built into XCode, so it's logical to assume that this document is now part of the XCode documentation.
The "old" version of the guide (from 07/12/2010), if you haven't downloaded it yet, can be downloaded from this link.
