Where can I get the database of goods for the catalog?

Hello, I need to make a catalog of PC components with a rating. I wrote the basis for the catalog, but I don’t know where to get the base and up-to-date information for components. There will be no possibility to buy goods on the catalog itself, only information with a rating, i.e. The site is not commercial.
Do aggregators like eCatalog or Y.Market have any API to get a list and information of goods? Any chipsets, form factor, etc.? Or just parsing?
