I didn’t see the API for oil + rates at the same time, but you can parse it yourself without any problems .

Yandex takes information from PJSC Moscow Exchange, which it writes about below its quotes. And MB shows the results on one page at moex.com/en/data . But there is an agreement there, so check that you are not violating their terms.
