I got into an idiotic situation: I bought a monoblock ASUS EeeTop ET2010AGT-B063E 20" AMD250U/4GB/500GB/DVD-S/M/HD5470 1024MB/Wi-Fi a couple of months ago. A month later, ASUS, known for its quality, stopped turning on. I handed it over to the service. They said that the problem is in the motherboard, ordered it from ASUS, waited a month and a half for it to arrive, the board arrived and now it turned out that the processor was out of order.In the
service, I was puzzled by saying that this processor is unusual (with reduced power consumption) and it is damn difficult to get, besides, it costs about 8 thousand rubles.

Why is this your problem? This service center should take care of where to get the required components. I would demand a refund or exchange of goods for a new one, let the SC give a certificate that it cannot repair the equipment due to ...

You need to try to buy a similar monoblock (I mean with the same process), killed, somewhere like molotok.ru or a similar flea market, I think that it should not cost you much.

Since you climbed yourself, put another processor compatible with your mother (but not much more powerful in terms of hertz), it may get a little warmer and that’s it.
