Where can I see data on the statistics of the distribution of encodings in Runet?
Interested in how many sites have switched to utf8, and its relationship with cp1251, KOI8-R and other legacy encodings.

What zone are you talking about? EN? Then it is not a problem to collect such statistics yourself. Now there are about 3.7 mdomains in the zone, in a relatively calm mode, it will take about a week from one server to bypass them.
