Where can I get psd layouts that I can show in my portfolio?

Hello. I have been doing layout for more than six months and without work and new interesting tasks I see a ceiling in development. I study js, new technologies... But the trouble is, in search of layouts for working out the layout, I did not find worthy ones. Of course, I had to make up what I had, but such works cannot be shown to a future employer, especially the first one, because. it’s basically 1 page of the site and just a layout, even if it’s rubber, js is out of the question, only if you shove it yourself. Could you advise resources where you can find really complex work, ideally where you need to use js and create cool things?) If there are none, maybe someone needs a layout designer? I would be happy to help just like that, if there are interesting tasks that need to be solved) Thank you.

A collection of the best layouts in my opinion, new ones are constantly being added. https://psdrepo.com/tag/free-psd-website-templates/
I haven't found the best yet.

Interesting tasks at the initial level are rare.
The initial layout is just a typical monkey job, where not a cool portfolio with super effects is valued, but a quickly (on time) completed project for minimal money.

I once asked this question to the guys at Web Standards and they discussed it in issue 24 podcast starting at 41 minutes.
