Where can I get portfolio assignments for a novice web designer?

Advise where to get assignments for a portfolio for a novice web designer?
At Behens, many people do this - they take some well-known site, such as Ikea or Nikon, remake and write a "concept".
Maybe there is some site with tasks that can be done.
Like, the bar needs a website, here are all the texts, such and such menu items are needed - here they are. Or a hairdresser, or a cafe. But in order not to invent fake information ourselves (for some reason, this is a problem), but to have texts and photos and you had to make a website and put it in your portfolio.
How do I know what texts a water producer needs? Or a pipe factory? I don't want to write lorem ipsum instead of texts.

The best practice is to design a real website. Find some bad sites, and send a message to the owners with similar content: “Hello, I am a web designer, I suggest you update the design of your site, this will allow you to improve conversion, time spent on the site, and other goodies.”
You should not do it for free, otherwise they will consider that something is wrong, just say that the payment is after acceptance: that is, at the beginning you did it, and then, if they accept it, payment. And they don't lose anything, and you have a job in your portfolio. In general, I recommend to get confused and make a really modern design - this way you will get a stream of customers (by word of mouth). Here are the current UI design trends to follow.

Make fake projects. Take any site or service and do a redesign. The lion's share of projects on Behance are fake.

For designers with a limited budget, or in general, with its absence, there is a telegram bot that works on the principle of mutual assistance. Doesn't require any investment. There is also a bot for promoting Behance cases. Links to bots below.
