Where can I get patches to upgrade JOracle DB to 11.2.0.3?

Tell me where you can download, or some working way to upgrade Oracle Database Server 11.2.0.1 to 11.2.0.3. In Google, all articles are sent to support.oracle.com, but they require a Support Identifier, which I do not have. On the oracle site itself, only version 11.2.0.1 is given for download. How can I solve the update problem? Thanks

You need to input a valid Customer Support Identifier (CSI) number - a CSI number is given when you purchase support from Oracle.
