Where can I get opencart variables for my file that I just created?

Hello, I need help, namely, I need to use the variables that are used in product.tpl in my created opinion.tpl review file (that's what I called it) and the question is how to use these variables if I use jquery to connect opinion.php file to the main file, but I can't use variables?

as for variables - well, pass them through the session, for example

Variables are set in the controller.
