Where can I get iOS application testers?

Hello.
There are well-known services such as TestFlyght ( iTunesConnect ), Crashlytics, etc. All of them provide the ability to add "external" (and "internal") testers for fitting. But here the question arises: Where to get laid-back testers? I mean those ordinary users who will use the plugin, and not test it as a full-time tester.
Maybe there are separate services that provide people for this? For money or for free.
I see several options, but I'm looking for a particular thread of service.
1. Invite friends through VK / FB, etc.
2. Look for people to freelance. But, these will be testers, not real people.

If you are in Moscow, you can try to recruit testers-followers at hackathons. They are held with sufficient regularity, at least at three sites - IIDF, HSE and Skolkovo. Events are free, the next one will be on May 27 at HSE
