Where can I get / how to build a realtime kernel for debian myself?

Hello!
Six months or a year ago, there was an actual rt-core in the sid branch, then it ended up in backports, and now it is not there either. Lowlatency from ubuntu does not roll, because it is slow. And you need rt to process the audio signal (play through guitarix, etc.), with it the delay goes around 3 ms.
