Where can I get help with disassembling a C# application?

I'm trying to work around a limitation in an application written in c# and obfuscated with .Net Reactor. Knowledge and experience are sorely lacking.
Actually, I tried to search Google for thematic forums, discord channels, at least something where one could ask for help and mentorship in this difficult and not entirely legal matter. Have not found. Looks like I didn't search well. I would be grateful for any information.
