Where can I get CISCO CCENT/CCNA ICND1, ICND2. 3rd Edition in Russian in a normal PDF?
Actually the topic.
Everywhere I searched, only in English, but unfortunately I don’t know it.
There is in DjVu, but do not read on the reader.
I bought paper versions, no problem. But carrying this book around on the bus and subway is extremely inconvenient.
Can someone tell me where I can try to find it?

The first step to achieving cisco zen is learning English. at least technical. Over time, you will find answers in a search engine in Russian less and less often. Get used to it.
As for books, I can't help you. And yet, 640-822 and 816 are obsolete editions. New 100-101 and 200-101
Isn't it?

Nya . But you will not find fresh new versions in Russian - this is the official manual, and the tsiska canceled the possibility of delivery in Russian. Actually, for the same reason, there is not much point in reading a book in Russian - just reading too much superfluous, but English is still needed for preparation.
As already answered above - learn simple technical English. It's not as difficult as it seems. To read the official CISCO manuals, a minimum knowledge of words is sufficient. Many technical ones will already be known to you, if they swung at ICND.
Also, for the initial time, I recommend installing ABBYY Lingvo (I use x5). The translator allows you to translate selected words on hover. It will help when reading the manual in English and encountering unfamiliar words.
When I undertook to read, after an hour and a half I got involved and I was not so scared that it was "not in my native language" (although English was not so strong).
The book in pdf may be with the publisher.

About English, it's like someone who, for example, studied French or Spanish.
