Where can I get basic knowledge training for a non-IT specialist?
Dear residents of Habr, I am a lawyer and an absolute layman in the field of IT. At the time of my studies, there was no concept of Internet law. Now my judicial activity is already directly related to this area, and in the future it will probably only increase. That is why there is an urgent need for learning: concepts, names, etc., starting with the general ones (what is the Internet, roughly speaking). I want to understand in court what exactly I am saying, otherwise sometimes the judges themselves do not understand the essence of the issue and / or the meaning of the words. Could anyone recommend a workshop/courses/consultation that I could refer to. Thank you.

If you are from Moscow, try taking CyberMarketing.ru courses.
Or turn to familiar IT'shnikam.

I don’t know how much this is what you need, but pay attention to the CS101 course from Stanford on the course. The passage will not take much time and will introduce you to the basic concepts.
