Where can I get audio resources in Russian and English in WAV format?

Please tell me where on the Internet you can download sound resources in Russian and English in the "WAV" format.
I am writing an Android application for the blind, so I especially need voice acting for pressing the following keys: "+","-","/",".","=","*","^".
