Where can I get an up-to-date / updated database of IP addresses of the Russian Federation?

It is necessary to send all users from Russia to the Russian distribution site from the manufacturer's American site, how can this be done?
Ideally, not only Russia, but Belarus and Ukraine.

distributions have a standard geoip package
for greater happiness there are free bases from maxmind

Tor browser releases a new version regularly. Each comes with something similar to a subject (Tor Browser\Data\Tor), yanked from MaxMind . From there, we can easily filter by the letter code of the country. (As far as I understand, no more details?)
