Where can I get an iOS 12.2 image for Xcode 10.1?

Hello. Tonight, the handy phone was updated to 12.2 without declaring war, which is why Xcode is not eager to run a debugging application on it. When I try to update Xcode in the AppStore, they tell me that I'm not a good person, since I'm on MacOS High Sierra 10.13. I read that if you absolutely need it, you should try to copy the directory with the platform itself.
The emulator does not use the features - the iPhone Simulator is not friendly with the camera. Thanks in advance for your advice and (or) links to download the archive with the correct version of the platform.
