Where can I get an EU or Germany card?

Hello everyone, I ran into such a problem that one German site only accepts German cards or EU visa or mastercard for payment, as I understand it. Can you please tell me how to get around this problem? I tried various virtual ones, including webmoney, but nothing came up, I don’t know where to ask.

No way. This is for residents only. Attempting to pay through someone is punishable by law in the form of huge administrative fines and restrictions on entry / exit
