Where can I get an API key for Yandex Translate API v1.5?

There is a tool (Loko Translate for Wordpress, if anything) that works on Yandex Translate API v1.5. The current version of Yandex Translate 2, but it is unprofitable to remake it for it.

It needs an API key. Useful to do it. Yandex says that now you need to use Yandex Cloud. I register there, register a service account, get an API key, but the translator gets an error "401: API key is invalid".

I found in the Yandex documentation that the API key must begin with trnsl. The Cloud key does not start like this and looks like a normal key.

Please tell me what to do? How to get API key for version 1.5?

We have suspended issuing keys for free use of the Yandex.Translate API. For all existing free keys from July 31, a limit of 50,000 characters will be set, and from August 15 these keys will stop working

they switched to the cloud.yandex.ru cloud (the service became paid)
