Where can I get advice on code (code review) for a beginner coder?

If it's multiple - I want to join the frontend, I decided to start with layout. I want to first learn how to make up websites, then study JS in more depth and a ton of frameworks to boot. I decided to practice making up all sorts of landing page layouts that are freely available. To learn how to do it right, I think you need a look from an experienced person who would throw a couple of stones at me and tell me where I'm wrong. If you ask for something like this somewhere on a toaster or a stack (throw a link to a repository on a github, for example) - will this be considered normal? Or is it not good to ask for this for free?

You ask for it on the Toaster. A dude arrives who will look at your layout and comment on what he saw. Then another one connects, trying to destroy the first responder with its skills. Another one flies up and starts to bend its line or takes someone's side.
In the end, everyone is fine: the battle is over, your work has been reviewed, and you get what you need.

Hire/Find a mentor. Freelance exchanges tons.

1. Post it here. Someone will take a look :) There is also htmlforum.io
2. In Google, type in "layout checklist". It will also provide useful information.
