There was a need to increase the number of proxies (for collecting information), there are few free ones and they work every other time, paid for $ 1 apiece (or so), so I'm looking for options on how to make my own "proxy" for personal use, and of course cheaper...

I haven't really delved into it yet ( I iterate and compare), but can they be used as a proxy?
