What is the best caching proxy + banner cutter + traffic compression (http/https) on vps?

Is there a working solution? There is a VPS on which few resources are free. I would like to set it up for myself, to transfer traffic from a VPS to a smartphone and a computer (I mean climbing on the Internet) ... I remember how I tried to set something a couple of years ago, but there was a problem with compression via https, and with old mana banner cutters .. .mozh that right now has changed ... Tell me how best to organize this business? Needed
