How to set global proxy settings in Centos?

The network has a proxy server, so that people can even on the Internet.
The question is this:
If you set the proxy settings in "System->Settings->Proxy Network Service", they are applied to the user for whom the setting was made.
Is there a way to specify a proxy for everyone at once?

+1 for the http(s)_proxy variable, not in /etc/profile.d/ but in /etc/environment

And setting the global variable http(s)_proxy didn't help?
Somewhere here /etc/profile.d/

Didn't find what you were looking for?
