Hello. I want to organize the work of the telegram bot using the WebHook method, so they say less load. However, there is a problem, I do not understand where to get it, this link. The bot is written in Node.js (I think it doesn't matter) and runs on a VPS. In general, tell me please, who is in the know. Or maybe it's not needed at all?

I don’t know what node.js is, but when hosting a bot in php, you just need to follow a link like this in your browser:
The essence of telegram webhooks is that you once specify the telegram url address to which to send notifications and that's it. Then the cart sends everything there, and you parse the requests according to your personal wishes.
Compared to getting updates via getupdates - single-click webhooks are better - no need for cron, instant response and all that.
