Where can I get a responsive full page slider?

Slide pictures, smooth shading, I can do that :)
But to make the second picture appear in stripes, or some other effect ... something weak ...

I tried several plugins, but they somehow do not stretch very well to full screen or buggy, or on the mobile version they look miserable... I

found REVOLUTION SLIDER 4.6.5 fullscreen mode, it seems like what you need, but it's paid :/

Please tell me how to create such effects so that I can write it myself or tell me where to get a ready-made plugin?
