Where can I get a practical task for xml?

Good afternoon!
I'm learning xml in preparation for Java courses. It seems to have mastered the theory and would like to practice.
Faced with the problem that it is difficult to invent a task for yourself, especially with a technology that you do not fully understand. Your task may turn out to be either too superficial due to ignorance of the depths =) Or too complicated and taking several days of time, such complexity in terms of getting to know the technology is also not good. Digging on the Internet led to the same results. Either parsing a small and not complicated xml file, or writing your own parser. There is nothing in between =)
Dear developers, advise a task that will help you figure it out, but will not let you get bogged down for a long time, because there is still a lot to study ahead according to the plan.
Thanks in advance!

Parse the fb2 format
Take a couple of texts and convert them to the correct fb2, at least with some features, such as a cover, a title.

Take a look at " Office Open XML " + docx4j format . -> this is what xml can lead to. So you won't get off for a few days. You can be surprised even after a year, "what, it was possible like that?"
