Where can I get a module for http2 for apache under windows?

I'm terribly dumb. Is it supposed to be here somewhere? ( httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/mod/mod_http2.html ) But I can't see it point blank. I saw a link to the source code, on the github, but under Windows, compiling from the source code is tryndets.
