Where can I get a high frequency generator circuit?

We need a simple circuit on some kind of meander generator circuit (rectangular pulses) at a frequency of up to 1 MHz and an adjustable duty cycle, for 2 channels in antiphase.
It is planned to use the generator at a frequency of about 590 kHz and a duty cycle of 3%.
