Where can I get a free version of Morph SVG?

I sketched such an animation on SVG using the TweenMax library and the Morph SVG plugin.
But this plugin works only for the codepen domain (( I dug through the entire Internet, and could not find a free version of this plugin. Maybe someone came across it, maybe someone has it?

TweenMax I found, but remember: the use of unlicensed software is prohibited by law!

https://greensock.com/club 100 bucks a year. If you earn web development, this is not much, but if you decide to play around, codepen is enough.
