Where can I get a certificate for a system administrator?

Good afternoon, fellow system administrators (and the like)! I wanted to ask you, who has what certificates and where can I get them (preferably for free)?

In my experience, certificates are looked at at the very last moment. And so, go to a headhunter, type "certificate" in the search and choose a professional industry. In the field of network administration, ciskins and junipers are standard.
But from my point of view, it is more practical to write in the resume "I know something at the level / within the framework of such and such"

For free, you can get either useless pieces of paper like from ideco, or online certificates from various freelance exchanges. What is the purpose of obtaining a certificate? All certificates more or less quoted in the industry are paid.

Retratech, Intuit, for example.
But I do not think that their certificates are in demand by employers.
Everything that is quoted costs money, unfortunately.
