Machine translation from one language to another

There is an article up to 15k characters, in Russian. I would like to translate it into English, but even with the help of G Traslate you can get a lot of errors (not only grammatical ones), so I wanted to know where you could get real-time (but not necessarily) advice on the correctness of the translation?
I do not pretend to be of exceptional quality, as long as it was quite readable for native speakers. And how do English speakers usually perceive such material (technical article, originally written for habr) with not quite correct translation? If in our society there are a lot of those whom you don’t feed with honey, just give me a reason to criticize, then I haven’t heard anything like this in the English-speaking community, on the contrary, everyone is sympathetic to this.
