I want to conduct a pilot lesson on the basics of website building, for now for a narrow circle of people. Where can I find, download, buy or order ready-made training programs and teaching materials for html, css, bootstrap, php, wp, hosting and domain, etc. so that you can conduct a lesson on them, and ideally then use them to obtain an educational license?

They usually teach from the particular to the whole, and not vice versa.
