Where can I find training materials for graphic designers working with Adobe products?

Where can I find training materials for graphic designers working with Adobe products, which will show the requirements for creating site layouts. As I have already read, it is preferable to make layouts in PSD/TIFF format. In general, the question is how to directly make website layouts in Photoshop. Usability issues are not yet considered.
ps Free content is desirable, but paid content is also suitable.

I look forward to your advice.

I advise you to visit these groups in VK
And also the site www.photoshop -master.ru
I am a designer myself and learned a lot on these resources for myself.

You need a course in Photoshop (if you are going to draw websites with it). Drawing sites are not taught, as everyone has their own taste.
For study, take any site that you like and try to make a similar one, or better still a copy.
There are also many ready-made instructions for drawing or creating objects in Photoshop, such as buttons, different texture super-gradients, drawing techniques for any elements, such as metal or bullet holes, etc.
There is nothing normal in learning to create a website design. There are only the basics, which are enough for a start, but not enough to create at least an average design that does not look like "everyone".
Good luck with your studies.
