How to achieve similar shades of colors on the smartphone screen?

On a smartphone, the colors are very different from the colors on the monitor. I know that colors on smartphone screens are in the sRGB range. I drew colored spots in Photoshop, with an sRGB color profile, but they are different on a smartphone. How to draw a layout on a PC, the colors of which will be displayed correctly on the smartphone screen?

If the smartphone is on Android, then there are probably utilities for changing the color scheme. Without root rights, of course, you can not do. The general color scheme can be changed on xiaomi and samsung phones in the screen settings.
If the phone is from Apple, then it's probably worth digging into the PC monitor settings. These can be combined with settings in the Nvidia/and/Intel panel.
