Caution, under the cut traffic

I look at the hub this morning and see the article “A few historical photos”, and next to it the signature “Beware of traffic under the cut” whether this inscription died a couple of years ago, when most people had unlimited. There are practically no modems and charged Internet, and even corporate clients have switched to unlimited. If need, the need to publish such information?

I can read Habr from a mobile device, the Internet is fast enough, but unlimited * with an asterisk. After exceeding the speed drops to dialup. So let there be this signature.

The inscription is necessary - on the mobile Internet (and there is simply no other in many regions), the amount of traffic is always limited, even with the declared "unlimited" - after a certain amount, as already mentioned above, the speed is cut. Yes, and still preserved traditional tariffs with per megabyte payment.

And there are still all sorts of companies in which employees have a traffic limit. Well, or not a limit, but simply begin to ask all sorts of unpleasant questions.
