Where can I find the VK Streaming API documentation?
Since the summer of this year, VKontakte has been tightening the limits on calling the newsfeed.search, wall.search and wall.get methods and offering to use their new Streaming API to interactively receive data using these methods, but there is no information anywhere on using this API. Who knows where you can read the documentation on the Streaming API (they don't have anything in the developer section yet)?
Also interested in data on new limits. So far, there is information on the quantitative limitation of calling the newsfeed.search method (up to 100,000 requests per day) from 06/07/2017. Does anyone know about other restrictions?
The news itself in the Roadmap:

Documentation on the Streaming API has appeared:
https://vk.com/dev/streaming_api_docs
But it's really tough, in the basic version the maximum number of requests (rules) for which data is received = 10 pieces, the response is 1% of all available information ( practically nothing is given out in Russian)).
