Where can I find the most complete list of npm servers for downloading packages through a proxy?

I'm tired of sitting on jQuery and the first Angular, I have a desire to use modern front-end frameworks in my work (the names, I think, do not need to be voiced).
But here's the problem: all of these frameworks require you to work with npm or some other similar package manager.
And at work, there is a rather draconian network policy, a lot of things are blocked, trying to get npm packages fails, cannot go through the proxy. In principle, the system administrator does not mind, he can be given a list of IPs or some formal sign (for example, all servers from which the download is being downloaded are npmjs.com subdomains), and he will write exceptions in the firewall.
The point is small: where to get this list or how best to write down such a rule?
Well, in general, is this possible, or is the list of servers changing all the time and does not fit into any system, and is this an empty idea?

Because all this is hosted on Amazon, and the apishniks may well change, the list will be as follows .
