Where can I find the image processing library?

Hello! Could you tell me if there are any libraries that deal with image(s) processing?
Are there any powerful tools with which you could do at least this:
Layer management (!!!), image resizing (by and without proportions), applying shadows to the image and controlling the size of the substrate.
Where exactly to do image processing on the frontend / backend (if there is under node.js, then this is the most ideal option) - it does not matter, since I do it for personal purposes.

For Node.js I would recommend using Sharp , Jimp . There is also smartcrop-sharp for sharp .
