There is a project Achieve.me , a mobile application for setting goals on Phonegap-e and AngularJS.
And there is a problem - our front-end is gone (except for the front-end, everything is ready for the project).
In this regard, the question is - where to look for the front-end for a share in the project?
UPD I will specify the question: if someone from those present was looking for people to join their team, then how (forums / advertising / social groups / special services / acquaintances / something else)? Which of the methods, from personal experience, turned out to be the most effective?

If you are looking for someone who will work with you for a share, then you should only look for acquaintances. An outsider may not share the value of your idea. He just won't be motivated. And freelancing is a bad business. There, people need money, not a hypothetical share in the project.
