Where can I find the files that the bot creates?

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I just recently registered on heroku and uploaded my VK bot written in python there. The bot must save the names of those who write to it in the text file. I've looked all over, the file is being created, I can access it, but where can I find it exactly on heroku to download or view?
