Where can I find the codec doc for gstreamer?

The problem is simple: where can I find the dock for the omxh264enc codec that comes with the gstreamer on the Raspberry Pi?
The codec itself is very "tasty", because. on DSP allows h264 encoding. However, the picture is strewed under certain conditions. I didn't find a doc :(
